POLICIES


Please thoroughly read through our policies before booking:

Hello! Thank you for your choosing Herr Skin for all of your skin needs. We can't wait to meet you! We have a number of services ranging from facials to waxing.

All appointments require a valid card on file an40% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at time of booking. deposits will go towards your total. Remaining balance is due at time of appointment. Payment methods accepted: Cash, Card with a processing fee, or Zelle (info@herrskin.com)

Once appointment has been booked, a one time intake form will be sent to email on file, that must completed at least a day before appointment.

You are able to reschedule or cancel your appointment within a 24 hours notice. Appointment adjustments made less than 24 hours, forfeit initial deposit and a new one is needed to reschedule.

Remember we reserve appointments specifically for you and your services to best serve you. Please let us know you are running behind. We do have a 10 minute grace period, after period has passed a $10 late fee will be added to total.

At 15 minutes, if there is not enough time to complete your service, the deposit is forfeited and appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.

We completely understand that life happens, we just ask for you to communicate with us if you are running behind, need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment.

If there is no contact, it will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged ENTIRE COST of service with card on file. No exceptions. If card on file cannot be processed an invoice will be attached to your file, booking will not be permitted until paid. After first no show, future bookings will be required to be paid in full.
